Painting Statement
My concept of abstract “space” in my painting is about the space we share on Earth- the troposphere.
Immersed in colors, shapes, and kinetic sensations, the painterly expression of the tactility and realness of this living troposphere is the subject I search for in my spatial color abstractions.

This website is also focused on some of my more recent work and does not include my paintings, drawings, prints, sculpture instalation of the 80's and 90's. In all of my art, I am involved with color and space abstractions that are inspired by the mystery I feel about a tactile sensation of color that I gain from the Earth's environment.
